Bramley apple tree. This often produces very little fruit, so every few years we threaten to cut it down whereupon it flowers like mad and we relent!



Blossom on our Kowai tree, grown from seed brought from New Zealand over 30 years ago. Planted close to the house, it is as high as the eaves and blooms just outside the bedroom window. The seed pods remain attached for more than twelve months.
