Forest Fungi, Nov '04

A few fungus pics from the New Forest taken during the first week of November. I've attempted to identify them from our books, but am not at all sure!


On a fallen beech tree (Pholiota aurivella?).



Among the roots (Coriolus versicolor?).



And on a cut conifer stump (Calocera viscosa?).
